"A house that has been experienced is not an inert box. Inhabited space transcends geometric space." -Gaston Bachelard, The Poetics of Space
The spaces we inhabit shape the way we live. The search for the right property, or the right buyer, can never be reduced to mere formulas and numbers.
William Price Moore approaches real estate with a rare combination of design literacy, psychological insight, and financial discipline. Working across some of Southern California's most distinctive communities, he advises buyers and sellers on properties whose significance extends beyond square footage-into architecture, lifestyle, and long-term value. For over a decade his clients have relied on him for his discretion and judgment in guiding them through complex and sensitive matters.
William joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Beverly Hills in 2014, setting an office record that year for the largest debut sale with his first transaction in the Hollywood Hills. After early success in residential sales, he expanded his practice into commercial real estate through UCLA's certificate program in finance, concentrating in investment management and analysis. This included representing the seller in the sale of a retail property on Sunset Boulevard that set a record price for the area.
His path into real estate began much earlier. Raised in a family of residential and commercial brokers, William learned early how relationships are built, and why they matter. Time on job sites with contractors gave him an early education in how homes come together. While studying at the University of Kansas-where he earned his B.A. with honors in psychology-he designed and executed a home renovation project from the ground up, completing most of the work himself. It sold, furnishings included, to the first buyers who viewed it. His memory of this experience later fueled his inspiration to begin his career in real estate in Los Angeles.
In 2020, William relocated to Laguna Beach, drawn by its dramatic coastline, thriving marine habitat, and historic arts community. He is active through his Beverly Hills office, dividing his time between Laguna and Los Angeles, where relationships cultivated over more than two decades remain foundational to both his work and life.
William is a volunteer with the Laguna Ocean Foundation, and a member of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
